Oaks offers supportive housing programs for qualified adults and families who may be struggling with mental health or substance use, experiencing homelessness or facing other barriers to maintaining housing such as financial hardship and domestic violence.

Sometimes the first step is simply making a connection. Our team reaches people living in shelters, motels, on the street, transportation centers and other locations and helps connect them with housing, mental health and substance use treatment and other community resources.
The goal is to help individuals move from instability toward housing, treatment and ongoing support.

Our services support a wide range of needs, including mental health, substance use, developmental disabilities, housing, crisis support and other challenges that can affect an individual or family’s well-being.
