Support may include therapy, psychiatric care, medication management, case management and treatment for co-occurring mental health and substance use needs.
CCBHC connects mental health, addiction, crisis and primary care support through a coordinated, community-based approach designed to make care easier to access and help individuals improve their overall well-being.
For some people, the most effective support happens where everyday life happens.
Our team provides services in homes, schools and communities to help individuals manage their mental health with programs such as case management and jail diversion services. With the right support, it’s possible to improve quality of life and increase community connections.
Some individuals benefit from a more structured environment or longer-term support. Residential mental health services for children and adults can help strengthen daily living skills, manage mental health needs and work toward greater independence and stability.
For people who need more support than traditional outpatient care, Partial Care offers a structured daytime setting focused on stability, recovery and building the skills needed to manage daily life more independently.
Mental health challenges often affect the entire family. Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) provides education, guidance and support for family members and caregivers. Available resources include advocacy, support groups, social activities, referrals and more.
