Oaks Care Van: Bringing Care Closer to Home
Mobile Community Services is our new initiative designed to make it easier to connect with mental health, substance use and community support services.
Whether you need help for yourself, or someone you care about, the Oaks Care Van provides a welcoming place to learn about available resources and take the next step.

Look for Us in Your Community
The Oaks Care Van travels to community events, health fairs and resource fairs throughout South Jersey. Our Mobile Community Services team connects people with essential resources and helps remove barriers to care such as limited awareness of available services and difficulty navigating the healthcare system.
Stop by and talk with our team! You don’t need to know exactly what kind of help you need. We’re here to listen, answer questions and help point you in the right direction.

Meet the Oaks Care Van
The Oaks Care Van is at the heart of Mobile Community Services. It creates a welcoming space for conversations, information and connections outside of a traditional office setting.
As Mobile Community Services grows, the goal is to expand outreach throughout Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Mercer and Essex counties and make it easier for more people to find help when and where they need it.

Bring the Oaks Care Van to Your Event
Hosting a community event, health fair or resource fair? The Oaks Care Van can help connect your attendees with information and resources related to mental health, substance use, food assistance, housing, employment and other community needs.
Email carevan@oaksintcare.org to request the Care Van.
Event participation is based on availability and alignment with Mobile Community Services outreach goals.
