One Place to Start. A Team to Help You Move Forward.
Mental health and addiction recovery do not always follow a straight path. Your needs may change over time, and finding the right support should not require navigating several disconnected systems on your own.
With the CCBHC, care is built around the whole person. Whether you need immediate help, treatment or ongoing support, our team can help connect the pieces and guide you toward the right next step.
For some, that may mean crisis support or detoxification. For others, it can include counseling, primary care screening, partial care, peer support or help coordinating services.
Get HelpCare Built Around You
The CCBHC is designed to make behavioral health care easier to access, coordinate and continue over time. Services include:
In-person and telephonic crisis stabilization services are available around the clock for individuals experiencing an urgent mental health need.
Outpatient ambulatory detoxification is available for individuals using opiates, alcohol or benzodiazepines at our Mercer County location.
Outpatient mental health and addiction services provide treatment and support based on each person’s needs and recovery goals.
Structured behavioral health day treatment provides additional support for individuals who need a higher level of care while continuing to live in the community.
Behavioral and physical health are closely connected. Primary care screening and monitoring are provided in partnership with Henry J. Austin Health Center at the Mercer County location.
Case managers help individuals navigate care, connect with resources and address barriers that may affect their health and recovery.
Individuals and families can receive encouragement, education and support from people who understand the recovery journey.

- Integrated: Mental health, addiction and physical health needs are considered together.
- Coordinated: Providers and community partners work together to help reduce gaps in care.
- Recovery-focused: Support evolves as you make progress and your needs change.
